How it works

We handle every aspect of your project, from concept to completion or anywhere in between. We offer an initial complementary consultation in your space to discuss your project and your ideas. After the initial consultation all design development, research, sourcing, meetings and site visits are billed on an hourly basis. Projects can range in size from full home or business re-models to choosing paint colors and telling you where the sofa should really go. No project is too big or too small.

  • Includes on-site measuring and scaled floor plans

• DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

  • Develop strategic design concept including color palette, aesthetic finishes and materials

  • Selection of appliances and fixtures

  • Provide detailed finish schedule and style boards

  • Provide detailed floor plan with furniture and lighting plans when applicable

  • Select everything in home from floor to ceiling

  • All materials on client's behalf

  • Coordination and procurement of approved items
